Under the situation of higher vocational education's rapid development,vocational college students as an independent group, studying the well-being, it's ofgreat significant to enhance the well-being of vocational college students, andpromote the psychological health of vocational college students. This study attemptsto know the level of well-being of vocational college students and the influence ofdemographic variables, social support, and employment pressure on the well-beingof the vocational college students by the survey of vocational college students. Thus,making recommendations to enhance the well-being of vocational college students.The results show that:(1) General well-being sense of vocational students is in themid to upper level.(2) There are significant differences on dimensions of vocationalcollege students' well-being of genders, grades, major, achievements, one-child ornot, whether the student's leader, family economic status. The scores of ninedimensions of well-being and self-report well-being have no significant differencesamong students from different places.(3) The various social support and integralsocial support have significantly positive correlations with various dimensions ofwell-being and self-report well-being. Social support and utilization of support areeffective predictors of positive emotions and altruistic behavior. On the otherdimensions and self-report well-being (in addition to negative emotions), socialsupport is effectively predicted factor.(4) The degree of pressure on employment ofvocational college students on all dimensions of well-being and self-reportwell-being are negative correlations. The scores of students with different degree ofpressure on employment have significant differences on dimensions of vitality,negative emotion and self-report well-being. The scores of vocational students withlower degree of pressure on employment is much higher than the other levels' score.(5) Integral social support, academic performance, gender, employment, stress levels,family economic situation, the utilization of support, the professional can effectively predict the vocational college students' well-being. Vocational colleges are the mainlearning and living spaces of vocational college students, school education shouldconcern with the enhancement of the well-being of the vocational college students.To improve the well-being of vocational college students, the study giverecommendations from several aspects such as improve the teaching process, helpstudents to establish an effective social support system, and improve the vocationalcollege students employment and competitiveness etc.
