The Theory And Practice Of Writing An Oral Chinese Textbook To Convenient Store In Thailand

Master Program of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages refers to teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages in a foreign country. The goal is to train foreign students the Chinese proficiency on communication and culture. Textbook is the main teaching media. Both teachers and students are based on it to teach and study. It plays an very important role in the procedure of teaching.Teaching Chinese in a non-native country, the design of textbook is different from teaching Chinese to foreigners in China. Let alone teaching Chinese to Chinese citizens. Therefore, Writing a suitable Chinese textbook to foreign students who study Chinese in their own country is very important. It can enhance students'interest and improve their learning efficiency.This thesis is to study the textbook writing for convenient store in Thailand, taking Panyapiwat Techno Business School as an example by using the methods of conservation, analysis, survey, experiment, review and experience to study the selections of vocabulary, conversation and exercise in order to provide a reference for PTB and convenient stores in Thailand.This articles is divided into seven chapters, as follows:The first chapter is introduction. It is to clarify the research background, the object of study, research review and research methods. The second chapter is to explore the vocabulary selection from the theory of cognitive and semantic field. The third chapter is to explore the conversation selection from the theory of structure, functions and turning-taking. The fourth chapter is to explore the exercise selection from the theory of intercommunication and teaching aims. The fifth chapter introduced the procedure of textbook writing. The sixth chapter is to analyze the effect of the textbook from the aspects of vocabulary, conversation and exercise. The last part the author expressed her feelings of writing the textbook.
