| In this study, based on review of previous research, Taiyuan City, a number of small and medium enterprises at all levels of staff for research, to explore the perception of pay system, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. By the initial test, correct the entry of the total correlation coefficient analysis and internal consistency reliability analysis, using questionnaires to collect data, randomly selected in the inaugural participants SPSS15.0software for data exploratory factor analysis, independent samples t-test, ANOVA analysis, the Pearson correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and validation of the mediating effect, get the following conclusions:1. Employees'personal qualities and characteristics of the corporation will pay system perceived differences.2. Employees' personal characteristics, characteristics of the corporation would have differences in job satisfaction.3. Employees' personal characteristics, business characteristics on organizational commitment on the difference.4. Pay system perceived organizational commitment of employees to have a significant positive impact.5Job satisfaction, organizational commitment have a significant positive effect.6. Employees' pay satisfaction and job satisfaction, organizational commitment presents a significant correlation.It can be concluded:Taiyuan City, SME employees pay system and job satisfaction showed a related, and a highly positive correlation, staff remuneration system of perception and job satisfaction will significantly affect the organizational commitment, perceived the higher the pay system, the higher the organizational commitment, job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. |
