Career development throughout the life courses of one person. It has different stagesof development. It's the unity of continuity and phase, and affected by various factors.This study measured the influences of High school students' career development fromcareer of High school Students general status in quo, self-identity, career self-efficacy.Taken a number of students in lower levels of career development, used the groupcounseling. The results are showed as follows: The level for high school students'career development is not very high. High school students with different demographiccharacteristics have varying degrees of difference in career development and eachdimension. Self-identity will have a direct impact on career development and itsdimensions. Or self-identity can influence career development by career self-efficacy.Career self-efficacy played a part intermediary role. Career self-efficacy groupcounseling can improve the level of high school students' career development, theeffects are sustainable. |
