This article is about the psychosocial support theory applied in families of patients with case social work research. The case study on the intervention of social work in the patient's own has made some progress, but for families of patients with a relative paucity of research. Especially for the patients with early childhood family study the relative lack of children, the families of patients facing psychological, social problems is very extensive, how about this special group of patients psychological needs, provide service of medical social worker, to become a big problem.This study adopts interview, observation and other research methods, from the micro level in the face of a young children with congenital heart disease families case analysis, explore the families of patients with psychological problems and cause analysis, medical social workers' involvement in pathways and intervention methods, so as to provide the main psychosocial services.This paper mainly from the perspective of family members of patients, medical social workers mainly in the case method is a technique for patients with psychological, social services, reduce the psychological social pressure, family members of patients understand medical knowledge, deepen their understanding of the condition of patients with understanding, learn simple nursing knowledge, looking at the same of the rehabilitation of illness cases, family members of patients with increased confidence, coordinate the doctor-patient tension; create a mutually supportive interpersonal circle, forming families of patients-Doctor-Nurse-patient medical social workers such a healthy humanistic care network, for patients to provide emotional support and humanistic care, rich families of patients with hospital life, for the families of patients with a relaxing environment, alleviate the patient family social and psychological pressure.Finally, according to the author after the case tracking feedback results, including the main change, oral feedback, family members of patients relatives investigation, from the medical social worker, community hospital, puts forward three for families of patients with psychosocial services are proposed, and the study case intervention of reflection, put forward suggestions.
