Doctor-patient relationship has always attracted the attention of various groups in the world,and the mental health problems of medical staff have been paid more and more attention by relevant departments.How to treat sympathetic fatigue as an emotional attitude that will inevitably appear in the medical care community? The research on doctor-patient relationship mostly starts from the Angle of sociology,but lacks the research of psychology.This study focuses on the mental health of medical staff,analyzes the compassion fatigue of medical staff,job involvement and the status quo of doctor-patient relationship,and compiles a group psychological intervention program based on the analysis results to intervene the medical staff with tense doctor-patient relationship.It aims to help medical staff alleviate their negative emotions,teach them to adjust their emotions and other ways,reduce the degree of compassion fatigue,increase their level of work involvement,so that medical staff can better get out of the haze of doctor-patient tension,better and more comfortable to work.Therefore,this study is divided into two parts:Research one,358 medical staff(mainly doctors and nurses)of a people's hospital in Shandong Province were investigated by using the " Compassion Fatigue Questionnaire"(CFQ),"Work Involvement Questionnaire"(UWES)and "Doctor-patient Relationship Questionnaire"(DDPRQ-10).The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship and mechanism among sympathetic fatigue,work engagement and doctor-patient relationship.Research two,Based on the influence mechanism of sympathy fatigue,work engagement and doctor-patient relationship of medical staff,combined with the theory of group counseling and doctor-patient relationship intervention research,the group psychological intervention program was formulated,and the medical staff(internship)was intervened.To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on reducing the degree of sympathetic fatigue and improving work engagement of medical staff with tense doctor-patient relationship,and to provide effective proof for establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The results are as follows:1.According to the survey data,the sympathetic fatigue of medical staff is at a moderate level,the level of work input is high,and the doctor-patient relationship of medical staff is generally good.2.There is a significant positive correlation between sympathetic fatigue and doctor-patient relationship,and it can predict doctor-patient relationship positively;it has a significant negative correlation with work engagement,and it can predict work engagement negatively.There is a significant negative correlation between work engagement and doctor-patient relationship,and it can predict doctor-patient relationship negatively.3.Work engagement plays a mediating role in the relationship between sympathetic fatigue and doctor-patient relationship.4.Compared with the pre-intervention and post-test of the control group,the scores of doctor-patient relationship and sympathy fatigue perceived by the medical staff in the experimental group decreased significantly,and the scores of work engagement increased significantly.5.In the control group,there was no significant difference in sympathetic fatigue,work engagement and doctor-patient relationship between the two groups before and after the test.6.Group psychological intervention can effectively improve the condition of sympathetic fatigue,improve the level of work engagement and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship.Based on the research on the mechanism of sympathetic fatigue,work engagement and doctor-patient relationship,this paper puts forward some suggestions on harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
