Now, English is more and more important in education, especially in the human resources market, many companies have many requirements for person with ability. Today, English is become one part in our life and work. How to improve the students'English in the vocational school is a very serious problem for the school. As an English teacher, the writer has made a research for four vocational schools, and together with some arguments to state her points. Theseproblems of using English resources are that the teachers do not have much knowledge of English resources, teach students too much about the English book. They don't know how to use English resources to practice the students'listening and reading ability. They Also do not know how to make the students using the colorful English resources about library and internet and other English knowledge. And the reasons are that English teacher are lack of passion and don't have good attitudes toward it, do not have enough English teachers, the students'English are too poor, and the vocational school have no good idea to use the English and so on. The types about English use English resources should have the principles of pertinences, openness, plasticity, practicability and save money. The types of English resources are teachers, students, English book internet information and other useful English resources. The vocational schools should develop the English resources more efficiently. And share the information, and have to make file about English resources, make sure all of them can be used efficiently.
