The kind of ethnic and charity property were grew up in Song dynasty and boom in the Ming and Qing dynasty. Except the officer, the builders of ethnic and charity property included businessman and gentleman and other rich people in Ming and Qing dynasty. The income of the clan field used to help all the sib, especially the poor one. As the ethnic and charity property becomes systematize and formalize, it came into being a welfare to the kin, and it is an important social security part of the Ming and Qing dynasty.The thesis is written by the visual field of the social welfare.
