Along with the rapid development of the cultural industry in the world, it has gradually become the sunrising industry of twenty-first Century.Culture industry and its international competitiveness have gained more and more attention from scholars and government.This paper uses the international market share rate, revealed comparative advantage index, export growth advantage index, net export revealed comparative advantage index and trade competitiveness index and so on to measure and analysis Chinese international competitiveness of cultural products trade and cultural service trade, and comparate with the United States, Japan, Brazil, India, Korea. Singapore, South Africa. Canada. France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Britain, Australia and other 14 countries.Then using Potter's Diamond Model to analysis the impact factors of international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry, trying to find out the reason why the international competitiveness of our cultural industry is strong or weak, then puting forword the countermeasure proposal of the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry for our cultural industry policy makers and providing a theoretical basis and reference for decision making.The results showed that the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural products trade about the international market share rate, revealed comparative advantage index, export growth advantage index, net export revealed comparative advantage index and trade competitiveness index and so on are strong.showing that the international competitiveness is strong.But since the cultural products trade data of the United Nations Conference on Trade and development Committee is manufacturing, and foundry phenomenon in Chinese cultural products trade is general.The cultural products exported have not much original core content and brand culture, so the international competitiveness of cultural products trade ranking overestimated the competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry. These five international competitiveness indicators of Chinese cultural service ranked relatively later in these fifteen countries, showing that the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural services is comparative disadvantage: The influencing factors of the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry include the factor of production, demand conditions, related and supporting industries and enterprises strategy, structure, competition of four basic factors, as well as the government and the opportunity for two additional factors.This paper is divided into six parts:the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter is the correlate theory about the international competitiveness of cultural industry; the third chapter is the measurement and evaluation on the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry; the fourth chapter will analysis the influence factor of the international competitiveness of China's cultural industry; fifth chapter is countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industries; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
