Since the mid-19th century to the early-1920s is a significant reforming time for China. Next briefed the Chinese modern society's reforming connotation,generally course, from the political, economic and cultural aspects, the author analyzes state of agricultural economy overall Chinese and the tendency of modern capitalism's capital globalization in three levels of political, economic and cultural development.The second part:Modern world's capital globalization and modern Chinese social reform. In this part, analyzed the start and advancement of Chinese social reforming under the background of capital globalization separately from modern China society's reforming agent,various social strata to reforming cognition in domestic,various reforming paths, and setback unfavorable situations and reasons of the social reforming from three aspects. Looked from the social reforming agent, First modern time Chinese commodity economy's development and capitalism seed, capital's whole world expands which comes from West and studies to the advanced capital civilization's when communicating with different nationality civilizations become promoting powers of Chinese modern society's reforming. Looked from the reforming cognitions of various social strata in domestic, the social transformation in modern China has undergone three stages: the landlord class's practice, the farmers'cognition with the capitalist class's idealistic and bourgeois revolutionary improvement and advancement.
