A Study On The Competitiveness Of Hangzhou's Cultural And Creative Industry Cluster Based On The GEM Model

This essay gives an introduction to the denotation and connotation of the creative industry and the theory of the creative industry cluster. With the GEM Model as a tool and the AHP as an approach to analyze the competitiveness of the creative industry cluster, this essay establishes an evaluation index system for the competitiveness of Hangzhou's cultural and creative industry cluster and analyzes its current sitation. By taking Xixi Creative Industrial Park, Hangzhou Digital Entertainment Industrial Park and Zhijiang Cultural and Creative Park for example, this essay analyzes factors and indexes, studies problems in the development of Hangzhou's cultural and creative industry cluster and puts forward six pertinent solutions for the enhancement of the competitiveness of Hangzhou's cultural and creative industry.
