Through the empirical research method, analyze the general conditions of college students' resiliency and its relation with stressful events and social support. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Drew up the questionnaires about college students' resiliency, it includes 25 items, and the structure of it includes five dimensions: Self-efficacy, emotional control ability, social skills, problem solving skills, positive attitude. (2) The examination of the questionnaire revealing good reliability and validity, which means it can be used for further research. (3) There are significant differences in grade, professional, sex, whether they are the only child and birthplace on college students' resiliency. Specifically, The level on resiliency of Liberal students is higher than the Science and Engineering Students,the scores on the questionnaires of male is higher than female, Non-only children' resiliency is significantly higher than the one-child;on birthplace, there is significant difference in self-efficacy, social skills, problem solving and total score of resiliency, there is no significant difference in emotional control ability and positive attitude; for the grade, there is significant difference in positive attitude and total score of resiliency. Multiple comparison showed that in positive attitude, freshmen is higher than the junior, and the difference reaches the statistical significant level. (4) The whole level on college students' resiliency is positively correlated with the social support, but negatively correlated with the stressful events. In addition, the pressure in learning and interpersonal relationship factors are most close to resiliency, the correlation of the subjective support factor and resiliency is higher. (5)The dimensions of stressful events and the dimensions of social support can predict resiliency on certain degree.All the Dimensions of social support, the punishment and the loss factor of stressful events had significantly positive prediction to the resiliency. Learning pressure, relationships, health adaptation and other factor had negatively prediction to the college students' resiliency. (6) In the influence path to resiliency, there are two significant paths:one is Stressful events directly affect resiliency, the other is Stressful events through social support indirectly affect resiliency.
