The way of life, way of thinking and way of employment of people have undergone significant changes in the period of modernization society while science and technology are developing rapidly. Individual faces the stressful life events from school, itself, family and the society. The college students after 90 who are freshmen are than generation of 80 students by the influence of new century. As a new generation, college students especially those who were born in 1990s are influenced more by the new century than those born in 1980s. Therefore, studying stressful life events is of great significance to their mental health. The entering college students are almost college students after 90 born from 2008.For schools, students who entered the college in 21st century were almost born in 1990s while for individuals, they shows many new features as a result of subjective and objective factors. Thus, the study of this special group is very significant to colleges'mental health education as well as their ideological and political education. One of factors influenced college student's psychological health which is important is stressful life event. They will produce physiological, psychological and behavioral responses when facing Stress life events. The so-called life event is the disturbances which is major and steady that influencing individual mental and physical health. It will lead to psychological problems if individual filling stress long-term. It is about 10%--30% percent students existed different degree of psychological problems on the recent survey data. It will hinder the college students becoming talents healthily, influencing their study and life and quality of the talents the university directly.Therefore, the base on the study of the scholars domestic and foreign which is comprehensive, the paper is based on the stress, stressful life events and mental health theory as the theoretical basis and the object is the Guangxi Normal University college students after 90, analyzing the influence which the stressful life events influencing college students'mental health, through the method of questionnaires survey of 570 college students after 90s from 15 professional of 9 college in the Guangxi Normal University. The results showed that the college students'(after 90) mental health will need to improve fatherly in the Guangxi Normal University, because each factor score than the national norm while the total symptoms than college students after 80 highly. And there is a big difference between the men and the women living and the grade of the stressful life event. The survey found that the college students'main stressors come from the life event which is themselves and learning. According to the survey we will give the advice from individual and learning, for the our college management and teaching, the college students knowing themselves, solving their self psychological problems through putting forward effective countermeasures.This paper consists five parts mainly. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background of influence the stress life events to college students'psychological health, the research situation at home and abroad and the research meaning and innovation mainly. The second part is stress, Stress life events and mental health theory, which explains the stress, Stressors and their classification, mental health concept and standards and the standard of the College students'psychological health, the factors affecting the university students' psychological health and the theory that the effects of stress life events to college students'psychological health mainly. This section is the basis of theory, playing the role of support of theory. The third part introduces the tools of research, Objects and methods, which mainly use SCL---90 (the self-assessment lists of symptom) and stress life events scale investigating the Guangxi Normal University college students after 90 who were provided, using the software of Spss17.0 analyzing statistics. The fourth part analyzes conclusion according the survey. This section is difficulty of this article and is the innovation of the paper. The fifth proposes the advises and countermeasures according the conclusions, providing method or measures mainly which is from individuals, learning, school, family and sociality, according to the stressor the college students facing mainly from the stress life events which come from individuals, school, family and society.This paper is based on the research of theory, collecting a large amount of information and data, analyzing effects the stressful life events to college students' psychological health theoretically in Guangxi Normal University. Therefore, it adds on the deficiencies which our country studied influence of the stress life events of college students, for our colleges and universities in China pay an important attention to the statement of factor which influenced the psychological health of university students'after 90, preventing mental problems, occurring and spreading mental illness, providing method and countermeasures theoretically for formulate psychological crisis intervention mechanism. It is useful to our College education workers facing the psychological status in China objectively, facing the new situation to carry out effective psychological education. Meanwhile, it is contributed to the college students after 90 knowing the factor influenced themselves overly, improving their psychological quality personally, making their body and mind health developed all-round.
