Generally, the level of students'self-supporting personality is high, but their interpersonal activeness and personal flexibility do not reach the level we expected. The girls do much better in interpersonal openness, personal independense and flexibility than boys. Students of Arts do much better in interpersonal openness, personal flexibility and personal openness than students of science and engineering. Compared with Freshmen, sophomores and seniors do worse in personal responsibilities, sophomores and juniors do worse in personal flexibilities, sophomores, juniors and seniors are all worse in interpersonal openness. Seniors do better than juniors in personal initiatives.2. College Students are best at self-exploration, better at goal-focusing. However, they get low points in getting information, exploring environment and systemic exploration. Boys do better than girls in getting information, exploring environment, systemic exploration and self-exploration,while girls are better at goal-focusing, students of Arts are better at the same way. But their behaviors to expolre environment were significantly lower than those of science and engineering students. There is no difference in career exploring behavior between Urban and rural students. In getting information,goal-focusing,exploring environment and systemic exploration, seniors get significantly higher scores than the freshmen and sophomore students. In addition to goal-focusing, there is no difference between seniors and Juniors.3. The level of students'Self-Supporting Personality is inherently related to career exploring behavior.
