In the Western Han Dynasty, many people summarize the experiences and lessons of the Qin Dynasty from different angles, which possess history, literature, philosophical and much other value. Most people do the research about how the people in Han Dynasty observed on Qin Dynasty from "history" aspect. Actually there was just one article named"the fault of Qin Dynasty"did the research from literature aspect. Besides Wang Jianwen and little other scholars, most scholars paid attention on the period from Han Gaozu to Jing emperor, and the research especially focus on the Chao Cuo, Jia Yi, Lu Jia and so on. They are lack of a whole perspective about it. This paper discusses how the experiences and lessons of the Qin Dynasty were showed on in the Han Fu and how they developed. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the aesthetic significance, style and literature technique of these articles.What's more, this paper tries to answer some questions. During the research achievements about how the Hans looked on the Qin Dynasty, Historical works were much more than literature achievements. How to abstract the development clue of the experiences and lessons of the Qin Dynasty in the western Han from so many historical clews? What is the relationship between the two clews? How does the philosophy affect the literature character of the research? Can we solve this problem just from the literature angle? If not, how can we deal with the relationships of the different subjects in the summarization?At last, we must tell that the Hans had no literature consciousness. Their aim is historical experience and thought communion. But we think they had literature character when we do the research on their works.
