Self consistency not only affect individual's cognitive, emotional and behavioral, also affect the health of the individual. In this paper, author tested 458 college students to study their social support, self consistency and interpersonal trust relations With SSRS,self designed College Students Interpersonal Trust Questionnaire and SCCS. Having found out the current situation of Self consistency,social support and trust and discussed the relationship of the three ones. Expecting to provide reference and help to improve the the self consistency and mental health of college student.The main results are as follows:1.The self designed College Student interpersonal Trust Questionnaire has four dimensions, namely:entrust,positive quality of your companion, confidentiality and agreement, psychological support. The questionnaire model fits well and has good reliability and validity.2. Self consistency total score,discord consistency of self and experience,the stiffness of self consistency are all significantly different in terms of gender, scores of boys are significantly higher than girls'.The flexibility of self consistency has interaction on gender and whther a only child. In only children,there is no gender difference,in non-child,girls'flexibility of self consistency is significantly higher.3.College students'social support total scores, objective support scores of girls' are significantly higher than that of boys'. Non-only children's subjective support scores are significantly higher than the only children's.As to utilization of support, the girls'are significantly higher than boys'.4.Two dimensions of interpersonal trust—entrusted and psychological support, which of girls are significantly higher than boys'5.Interpersonal trust is playing a partial mediating role between social support and self consistency.
