| New teachers are in the changing of their social role,compare to the old teacher,they get some special characters on the rousing,expression and taste of emotion.especially the cognition of anger.But In domestic relevant research on anger of new teacher in pioneering time is still immature, whatever the status quo or the study of intervention. The purpose of the study is now try to describe the anger status of the new teacher and try to develop a cognitive-behavioral anger management group counseling to interventing the anger of new teacher. then,try to prove the impaction of the group counseling.The research is designed into two part:the frist part focused on the ststus of the anger about new teacher.we use the State-trait Expression Scale which has been widely utilized and Standardized Interview in order to describe the trait anger,state anger,expression,anger source of new teacher. The second part is to develop a cognition-behavioral anger management group counseling to examine the immediate and follow-up effect of the new teacher.20 new teachers are randomly assigned into experiment and control group.And ten of them were arranged to join 8 times of cognitive-behavioral anger management group counseling.and the other ten did not get any treatment.before and after the treatment,all 20 members got to the pretest,posttest and the follow-up test with the STAXI,combine to record/observation sheet and feedback sheet and some other records which was done in the treatment,make sure the result was comfirmed.And the conclusions are:(1)In The frist survey through scale and Standardized Interview,we try to know the circs. As the survey reveals,male new teachers got high score on the express of anger.this means compare to female, male new teachers did not have a good way to express their anger. the State and expressof anger are higher than old teacher.the reason maybe:stress of work,student,complicated relationship, here is the most important one,new teacher are pool in how to control their anger.(2)The second experiment show that:a cognitive-behavioral anger management group counseling works on new teacher.it get immediate effect on the express of anger and the decreasing of the State anger.it also get a effect-up on the express of anger.At the same time,combining the quality data,we think the must get changing on their congnition and reaction of anger. |
