There are some differences in emotional characteristics and trends between youth and adults,especially in anger-control and anger-express, It is a critical period for the youth. Based on these problems, the author started from learning the relationship between anger and aggressive behavior of youth, training them by Cognitive- behavioral group therapy. Through the training, the youth reduce the extent of the anger, the frequency of anger, and ultimately change the youth inherent cognitive model, they can better control anger and reduce the aggressive behavior; and explore a set for the actual situation of China's judicial prison of anger control group therapy programs, provide more choice on psychological counseling for the future development of the prisons.In the study, the author measured their anger and aggressive behavior by questionnaires and IAT experiment. Then with the data support, the author designed the group training courses on the theory of cognitive behavioral therapy, and with the subject of anger control for youth who intervened in reeducation through labor training. Finally, in order to verify whether meet the expectations, the author evaluate the effectiveness of group training.The results showed that (1) there is a significant correlation between anger and aggressive behavior of the youth; (2) anger and aggression scores declined after training, and there is an extremely significant difference before and after on the state of anger and hostility;(3) Anger control in youth mainly in the improvement of cognitive change and behavior control, mastery of presentation skills after group training;(4) the interpersonal skills of the youth have greatly improved after group training. The conclusion of this study is that: it verified the result of the former researchers', there is a significant correlation between anger and aggressive behavior of the youth, the group training courses on the theory of cognitive behavioral therapy, and with the subject of anger control for youth can change the anger of the youth, and decline the explicit aggressive behavior, but there is no significant improvement on aggressive behavior implicit.The theoretical value of this study is: validate that anger can be a predictor of aggressive behavior, enrich the domestic research on anger control, localize the training courses for groups a good foundation. Practical value lies in: the group training courses on the theory of cognitive behavioral therapy, and with the subject of anger control for youth is effective, can be further promoted in the environment of labor camps, prisons, and so on;this study provide more choice for prisons, labor camps and other special environment on psychological counseling; in the follow-up studies should focus on reducing the aggressive behavior of implicit training courses.
