This article attempts to integrate archaeological materials and legends into the bronze of Sanxingdui, interprets the immortal culture of ancient Shu based on the aesthetic perspective and the research achievement of anthropology. The purpose is to find the origin of immortal culture of ancient Shu and describe the culture characteristics marked by the bird worship, color worship and mask worship. And then, the paper will make a summary about the influence to the Shu culture.This paper points that the bronzes of Sangxingddui manifest a kind of mystical aesthetic consciousness including totem worship represented by bird, ancestor worship represented by mask and color worship represented by black and red. Firstly, The intention about bird occupies an important position in the immortal culture of ancient Shu. The bird is the original of soaring fantasy. It is the most important symbol of immortal culture of ancient Shu. Secondly, the worship to mask is another representation of immortal culture, which was showed by the features and functions of ear and eye presented as "Zongmu" and "beast ears". Thirdly, In the ancient Shu culture system, the black and red are the most important color. They display the people's faith about eternal life. The people of ancient Shu express fear by the black and express the pursuit to fresh life by the red. So, in a summary, the shape, color and meaning of Sanxingdui's bronzes show a special beauty that absorbs the atmosphere of the ancient fashion and reflects variety of life style. The soaring dream in the worship to bird, the imagination from Zongmu masks and the application of the unique color are all express the sincere and warm belief of the ancient Shu people.
