Orphans and disabled children are a vulnerable group of society, the problem of orphans and disabled children is a global social problem. As globalization progresses and the country's rapid economic development, orphans and disabled children have more psychological needs. In this paper, we select a disabled child of the S City Social Welfare Institute, to case study. In order to study the experience of the disabled children comprehensive psychological intervention can have a reference value of psychological problems, as well as provide evidence of Intervention.This paper outlines the concept of orphans and disabled children's psychological characteristics and types, and their psychological problems and methods of research and interventions. They are low self-esteem, social withdrawal.The intervention direction on nursing teachers, peers, and other multi-faceted intervention. In the same time, the interventions mainly use games and group intervention or individual counseling.This paper is by means of multiple intelligence theory, the theory of human and ecological systems theory. From multiple subjects, we select one child to be tested, using the case method, using action research methods. Through observation, interviews, questionnaires and other research evaluation methods, we can understand the case of psychological problems, diagnosis and analysis, the implementation of related interventions.Through a case study, the author concludes that, from the ecological point of view, the researchers intervent on nursing teachers, peers, and Kun-kun. Such as by encouraging Kun-kun to play group games with other companions, and by gradually reducing the number of bullying, the author find that Kun-kun's self-awareness, self-confidence turn to the positive changes.Finally, the author makes a reflection of the research process itself and make recommendations for further study.
