In the 1930s, Qu Qiubai and Li Changzhi's literary criticism represented two kinds of literary criticism practices at that time, which are revolution socialist tools theory and independent socialist aesthetic theory. This paper is taking the investigation of Lu Xun's criticism as an example, threading modernity process of Chinese literary theory exploration and focusing on two kinds of modernity dimensions of positive value.The article is divided into six parts: introduction, four text chapters and concluding remarks. The introduction presents Qu qiubai and Li ChangZhi's research, and explains the research object, purpose, significance and brief methods of this article. The first chapter outlines Qu Qiubai and Li ChangZhi's literary criticisms, locks the research object of their criticisms about Lu Xun in the 1930s, and also takes "Preface" and "Lu Xun's criticism" for examples to analyze. The second chapter combined with the identity of the Qu Qiubai and Li Changzhi's position and text context, to analyzes distinct characteristics of their literary criticism views, and trying to combine with the specific text analysis. In the third chapter, the artist concluded the criticism methods Qu Qiubai and Li Changzhi have used .The fourth chapter analyzes Qu Qiubai and Li Changzhi's literary criticism concepts and method of cultural resources. The concluding remarks conclude the whole article, briefly discussed the development process of Chinese modern literary which Qu Qiubai and Li Changzhi represented, and explore the unique value in the modern literary criticism system's construction and practice.
