HuiLinYinYi is a Buddhist literature, collecting various buddhist explanation subjects of the Tang Dynasty and also a great treasure of Chinese Language School. It contains thirteen hundred section and five thousand seven hundred volumes of Buddhist sounds Note. Being divided into a hundred volumes, with a collection of entries including over thirty-one thousand articles, about sixty thousand comments, seven hundred species of ancient citations, the book is much richer than WenXuanZhu by Li Jing and jingDianShiWen by Lu Deming, far beyond the scope of a simple Buddhist teachings.This paper uses relational database system to deal with HuiLinYinYi on digital process through database modeling, importing data, creating a query and exporting data, etc. The processed HuiLinYinYi electronic text and the establishment of the HuiLinYinYi database further enriches the study of computer-aided digital history of Chinese language materials. At the same time provides a reference for future scholars to carry out similar studies.ZiLin, highly priased by later generations and called a inheritance of ShuoWen and development of YuPian. But this book has been Lost in the Yuan Dynasty, scholars after that can only based on ancient reference to expand the research of ZiLin. This extraction of materials of HuiLinYinYi in reference to ZiLin is through the establishment of relational database systems, both from the perspective of style and interpretation methods to expand the analysis and research of ZiLin.Meanwhile, a comparison is made between materials extracted from ZiLin and ShuoWen and a comprehensive analysis and research conducted from the perspective of interpretation on inheritance and differences between the two, which provides a great help for better understanding Shuo Wen and ZiLin as well as their relationship.
