The Investigation And Research For Er-ren-tai In Inner Mongolia Tumoteyouqi

Er-Ren-Tai, a kind of folk art, is the collection of folk song, instrumental music, Chinese opera, folk dance, etc. It mainly spreads in the western of Mongolia and the northern of Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hebei Province. And it has the important influence to the social life of local people. The art variety of Er-Ren-Tai has obvious music culture characteristics of the Mongolian and the Han nationality, which was the result of large scale population immigrant movement from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty in China.The geographic and historical conditions of Tumoteyouqi gradually formed a social environment which combined with the immigration from Shanxi and Shaanxi and the local indigenous peoples of Mongolian. What makes this land become an important platform of the formation and development of Er-Ren-Tai. The Er-Ren-Tai in Tumoteyouqi today is still thriving. And it is mainly embodied in three survival statuses: the profitable folk theatrical troupe, enjoying by themselves in the cultural courtyards, and the professional troupes attached to government. It reflects that Er-Ren-Tai constantly adjusts itself to survive in the development and change of society, politic and economy.The thesis mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction section. This part put forward the reason, research methods and significance of writing this paper. And it summarizes the existing research literature of Er-Ren-Tai in detail.Part Two: Beginning with the geographical and culutral background of Tumoteyouqi Er-Ren-Tai and taking the immigrant to Tumote as the main clue, this thesis analyzes the formation causes and survival conditions of the Youqi Er-Ren-Tai.Part Three: The thesis researches in the formation and development of Tumoteyouqi Er-Ren-Tai of four stages, expositing the artistic characteristics in each stage.Part Four: This paper does fieldwork to the three patterns of Er-Ren-Tai with the application of ethnomusicology. With the analysis of Salaqifu Star Youth Opera, Zhang Wenyuan Cultural Troupe in Dadong Villiage, and Tumoteyouqi Ulan Muqir·Er-Ren-Tai Troupe, it elaborates the membership, operating systerm, form and content of the performance, and social effect.
