Study On Du Fu's Poetry Selected And Commented In The Ming Dynasty

Du Fu is one of the greatest poets in China.From the middle of the Tang Dynasty, Du Fu and his poetry were to be the concern of poets, and the poets imitated Du Fu's poem to create,while the collation is also active in Du Fu'poetry.To the Song Dynasty, there are so many people to note Du Fu'poetry as to reach a climax for the first time in the Du Shi Xue.In the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty period, with the Manchu and the Qing Dynasty ruling, the poets in the Qing Dynasty focused on Du Fu and his poetry, which was an agglomeration of all previous dynasty's poets.They started to study, annotate and selecte Du Fu's poems, thus it formed the second school climax in the Du Shi Xue's history. Between these two high tides in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties,Lushi was regarded as a model for poetry. Especially in the Ming Dynasty, the people liked to selecte and commente Du Fu's poetry. However, the academia pay little attention to this.So this thesis base on the efforts to ttudy on Du Fu's poetry selected and commented in the Ming Dynasty, and discovery the value of Du Fu's Poetry Selected and Commented in the Ming Dynasty.This thiseis includes the following aspects:First, I will discuss the backgrounds why the people of Ming Dynasty liked selecteing and commenting Du Fu's Poetry. I will explain them from the "social background and the imperial examination system""the book printing and book circulating ""literary theory environment and the main theoriesof Du Shi Xue "and so on.Second, The features of Du Fu's Poetry Selected and Commented in Ming Dynasty.I will place Du Fu's Poetry Selected and Commented in Ming Dynastythe in the background of the history Du Shi Xue, and compare to the Song dynastie and Qing dynastie'Du Shi Xue.In the end, I will summarize the features of Du Fu's Poetry Selected and Commented in Ming Dynasty.Third, Observing and studying aboue the important anthologies of Du Shi. I choose two important anthologies and study them minutely. One is Comments on Du Fu'spoetry by Zheng Shanfu.Another is Annotation on Du Fu Metricai byYan Tingju .Fourth, The values and insufficiencies of anthologies. The main values are the far-back annotation which was preserved and the textual research.has preserved.The insufficiencyies include such as the form of anthologies was too single,the critics were too drab, the provenance of material was not pointed out and amending the quotations wrongly so on.
