Explicixplicition And Implication Of The Hanfeizi Thoughts And Its Literature Value Manifestation

It is relatively insufficient for the history study of Hanfeizi research for a long time. Based onthis situation, this paper explained the profound impact of Hanfeizi on future generations focusingon some of the outstanding problems of its accepting.This article is divided into three parts. The first part sorts out the accepting situation ofHanfeizi in the past dynasties. The second and third parts mainly discuss some focus in theaccepting of Hanfeizi.The second part discusses the accepting situation of Hanfeizi from the inheritance andreflection of thoughts of Hanfei. Rebuke surgery, imperial surgery and rescue operation are thethree dynamic creation of accepting thoughts of Hanfei. Li Si's rebuke surgery extremelyabandoned the centralization, suppression of confucianism and misdemeanor subject to heavypenalties, whose political opinion is mostly the inheritance of thoughts of Hanfei. The conception,thinking inclination, structure of explanation with examples, debate style and the name-gotten ofFanjing of Changduanjing from Zhao Rui in Tang dynasty, are all due to Hanfeizi. Based on"newwarring states period", the modern new Legalist school, makes the rectification of names for thepre-Qin legalist, and finds the way of salvation in Hanfeizi and demonstrates the inevitability ofrule by law.Qin is the peak period of the accepting of the thoughts of Hanfei. Han's reflection of Qin'sfollowing the thoughts of Hanfei and worshipping confucius and suppression legalism forms thepattern of Yangruyinfa(worshipping confucius and suppression legalism). Confucian dominationdetermined the reader's aesthetic standards and value system about confucianism. So the thoughtsof Hanfei was considered as heresy owing to its defamation of sage, cruel and the fall of Qin andwidely criticized. Those who were famous with anti-Hanfei mostly were the critical successor ofHanfei thoughts, such as Dong Zhongshu's Duzunrushu, Wang Chong's Delishuo, the law ofXiaoyanfa et al.The third part introduces the appreciation of the literary value of Hanfeizi. Si Maqian is thefirst who do the academic research and make the style classification of Hanfeizi. His research andevaluation about Hanfeizi set the tone of posterity's evaluation. The comment from Ming is the peak of Hanfeizi's literary accepting, Han's features of freshness, statutes, majesty, argument andso on were highlighted. Hanfeizi has also influenced the later writer's creation style: Qin's favourof Han leads to changement of Lisi's article from the pottering articles to legalism style. Chaocuo,Wang Anshi et al. were the legalism models copping Hanfeizi.The style of Hanfeizi was imitated by posterity. Dong Fangshuo has developed the Nan proseto Nan crossing question style, while Wang Chong, Liu Zongyuan has developed it to maturedebate prose. Feiguoyu, a notes Nan style monographic series, was compleated by the affection ofthe pursuit-of-truth spirit and debate way from Hanfeizi. Lu Ji's Yanlianzhu was an agglomerationof lianzhu style, and enriched the connotation of the creation of Iianzhu.
