| In this paper, with a total of 12 volumes of stories from the Korea n-Chinese National Literature Series in China as the key sources of lit erature research, including Immigration, the early literature Tales, Loc al Legends Collection, Place Names Legend Collection, Folk Tales Colle ction (1), Folk Tales Collection (2), Folk Tales Collection (3), Yellow Tur tle Yuan Tales, Jin Deshun Tales, and Zheng Jiyun and Jin Lisan Sto ries Collection, the author selected out 110 folk tales containing "dre am" factors, summarized their characteristics, and analyzed their liter ature significance and inheritance impact of "dream" story factors to t he Korean-Chinese folk tales. Yet so far, the "dream" factors in the distributed Korean-Chinese folktales have not received the respect that should have. The author even found no research precedent in this fie Id. Therefore, this study has the pioneering and innovative.The paper comprises four parts.Part 1; first describe the purpose and meaning of studies, then inv estigate prior study results and present condition. The author also p uts forward the significance of dream-based folk tales study to unders tanding Korean-Chinese traditional culture by mentioning study scope and methodology.Part 2; categorizes 110 Korean-Chinese dream-based folk tales base on 4 categorization principles of dream story factor. They are catego rized into 6 types; indicative dream, prophetic dream, grudges dream, fetuses dream, interpretive dream, and special dream. Then analyze c haracteristics of each type and make them into a chart for easy unde rstanding.Part 3; summarizes three characteristics of dream factors from Kor ean-Chinese folk tales, which are prophetic, symbolic, and mystique. Pointed out that Korean-Chinese dream story is a kind of cross over human life represent of fantastic story of various human life. It repres ents the Chinese-Korean people praise on traditional virtues, as simpl e, faithful, diligent, brave, justice, goodness etc. It also represents longi ng for a happy life.The last part describes worth and meaning of dream story factor in Korean-Chinese folk tales. The story uses praising truth, virtue and c astigating sham, vicious as main line. Also the story details are bizarr e but vivid and full of romantic. |
