Cultural Industry Development In Tongling City

In 1947, the German scholar Horkheimer and Adomo first proposed "cultural industry" Since then,Western countries are beginning to study the cultural industry from both theoretical research and applied research. United States and Britain applied research results in production practice,their cultural industry has developed rapidly. In response to the Asian financial crisis,South Korea and Japan paid attention to cultural industry. The prosperity of animation and online gaming industry in both countries has played an important role to counter the financial crisis. The early nineties of last century,China began to study cultural industry from the study of "cultural economy". China put forward to develop the cultural industry in 2000. China promulgated the "Cultural Industry Promotion Planning" in July 2009. It provided a good opportunity to the development of cultural industry,as the 11th revitalization plane to the counter financial crisis.Cultural industry has both cultural and industrial features. On the one hand,the culture industry has a role in meeting the spiritual needs of the people. On the other hand,cultural industry plays an important role in stimulating national economic growth and promoting employment. Meanwhile cultural industry has focus on adjusting the economic structure and changing the mode of economic development. The development of cultural industries in Anhui Province had a leadership position in the country. They created a lot of new initiatives to promotion cultural industry. Hefei and Wuhu around Tongling made policies to promote the development of cultural industry. These practices provided experiences and made good atmosphere for the development of cultural industry in Tongling City. This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages for the development of cultural industry in Tongling City. According to Tongling's situations,it made the prospects and focus and policy system on the development of cultural industry.
