On The Difficulties And Ways Of Realization Of Environmental Justice Among Different Subjects

Nowadays, due to the deteriorating of global environment, the environmental justice movement boom be lifted. For in the environmental protection movement, the good and evil things of the environment those unfair distributions in the different social subjects, which cause this movement appear. This phenomenon of unfair distribution causes the injustice of environmental widespread in every corner of the world. In the matter of fact, the different social identities shall bear the corresponding responsibility and duty when facing the good and evil things of the environment. To propose of the environmental justice let the abstraction subject of environmental to become ethics and clear, which let the different identities, exhausted the right and obligation when facing the deal with problem in the environment. So, how to weigh the interests of different identities in the environment's problem and clear to know the different identities should bear the right and obligation in environmental justice, which eventually realizes the maximum environmental justice, is the environmental justice movement urgent to solve problems.Firstly, this thesis expounded the necessity and certainty of environmental justice movement in following three aspects: Intra-generational justice,Pursuit Force Extreme and intergenerational justice. And its necessity and certainty mainly reflect in the following sides: first of all, the environmental justice movement provides fair assistance to the social disadvantaged groups, which under the treatment of environmental injustice. Environmental justice movement attempts to change the environmental unjust phenomenon existed between humans and non-human creatures, thus humans can make rational evaluations to the embarrassing circumstances posed by human behaviors. Whereupon, human can regulate themselves. Although human springs will be in the"absence"status compared with the contemporary people, but they certainly exist, modern people have no right to ignore their interests and rights and restrict their development ,the contemporary environmental justice rectify the modern people's unjust behaviors to their springs.Secondly when environmental justice theory is realistically put into solving unjust problems, that theory will encounter setbacks, which have been mainly manifested as the following aspects: environmental justice movement will be in much difficulties of achieving when the movement is restricted by those forcing governmental policy; besides, human being will have their doubt about that theory when the theory discuss about the unjust phenomenon existed between human species and no-human species,in other words: people will wonder why human behavior is responsible for other non-human species. Last, for that theory restrict the contemporary generation's satisfaction about their premature consumption desire, those profits-related groups will dissatisfy and even despise that theory when environmental justice theory seeks for theory bases of the everlasting development between present generation and their springs.In the last part of this paper, this paper try to break through those setbacks raised in the realistically utilized under those help of human rights theory, Kant's categorical imperative theory, the effectiveness and efficiency theory, Utilitarianism, Rawls's theory of justice, and sustainable development theory. Those breakthroughs provide strong theoretical support for environmental justice in the face of doubts from all classes of society and seek different ways to realize environmental justice among the different social groups.
