Orthodox Parish of Harbin is one of the five parishes made in Russia in China's modern history; .Its range of activities to Modern China had made a major impact in Northeast China. This paper was on reasons of the success or failure to the politico-religious relationship of the Orthodox Parish from1898 to1956. Orthodox Parish of Harbin had gone through four different periods, and it closely related to the political situation in Northeast China and even international environment. The railway of the Middle East made the Russian Orthodox spread of Harbin and Northeast; The success of the Russian October Revolution and the separation law of religion and the Russian made Orthodox Overseas influx in the northeast, and it created subjective and objective condition for the development of Harbin Parish ; the Japanese occupied the Northeast of China and a large number of overseas migration, then Harbin Parish began gloom to doom; the Soviet's victory in World War II and the new policy of the Russian Immigrants in Northeast China made a large number of Russian Immigrants in Northeast China, then the Harbin Parish was declining .
