The Study of expertise lists among the most important themes in cognitive psychology. Comparation between expert and novice is the main method for the exploration of expertise. It is widely used in many fields. Leaderless Group Discussion and Role Playing as the main method of Assessment Center, the rating by the rater is very important. In this thesis, the author attempts to apply the method of comparation between expert and novice into this area, find the difference and the effective training method to improve the rating accuracy by novice. We use experimental method in the study. The author use T test, Kendall's concordance coefficient and ANOVA for statistics, and compare the difference between expert and novice in six aspects: the difference of rating dimension, the rating consistency, difference of rating proportion, the training effect, behavioral observation accuracy and the rating time. The result of experiments shows that:(1) In leaderless group discussion and role playing there are big difference between expert and novice, There are significant consistency of expert but significant inconsistency of novice.(2) In leaderless group discussion, the novices of FOR+BOT group and FOR group have higher consistency. FOR+BOT training method can also improve the accuracy of rating and behavioral observation accuracy where FOR training method can not.(3) In Role playing, the novices of FOR group can improve the rating consistency FOR+BOT group can improve the behavioral observation accuracy, but both two method can not change the rating accuracy.(4) In leaderless group discussion and role playing, there are significant difference in dimension weight by three dimensions between expert and novice, the difference can not be changed by FOR training or BOT training.(5) In leaderless group discussion and role playing, there are not significant difference in rating time between expert and novice.
