Elbow Gravity Massage Law Treatment Of Lumbar Muscle Strain Clinical Research

Objective: observed and compared with the gravity of the elbow massage and drug treatment efficacy for the treatment of lumbar muscle strain, and further attempt to explore the elbow gravity massage mechanism of action of lumbar muscle strain.Methods: A total of 60 cases, the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage Department in June 2009 -2011 in February of outpatient and inpatient cases, with reference to the Diagnostic efficacy standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine to syndrome"and the guiding principles of the "new Chinese medicine to treat the lumbar disc hernia for clinical study.In the topic, 60 cases of muscle strain of the topic were randomly divided into two groups for comparison of clinical observation. Treatment group, the elbow gravity massage, application of the control group of drug treatment. Treatment time are 10 days for a course of treatment, patients in both groups before and after treatment respectively in the comparison group and the comparison of efficacy between the two groups.Results:Elbow gravity massage therapy group, 30 cases: cure 8 cases (26.6%),invalid 13 cases markedly (43.3%), effective in 9 cases (30.1%), invalid 0 case, the total effective rate was 100%; drug treatment group, 30 cases: cure 3 cases (10.0%),invalid 7 cases markedly (23.3%) , effective in 16 cases (53.3%), invalid 4 cases (13.3%), the total effective rate 86.6%.Conclusion: After two groups of patients before and after treatment of sex, age, statistical analysis of efficacy, confirmed its statistical significance, and prompts an elbow gravity massage therapy on lumbar muscle strain and drug effects were good, 2 elbows gravity Massage therapy is superior to drug therapy.
