Experimental Study On Effects Of Xianfu Wenjingtongluo Powder On TXB2and6-K-PGF1α In Thromboangiitis Obliterans-like Rats' Serum

Objective: This thesis aims at discussing the mechanismsof Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder in the therapy of thrombus blockage angiitis by implementing an experimental study on the influence of Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder on the le-vel of thromboxane B₂and6-keto-prostaglandinF1α of rats' serum in thrombus blockage angiitis model.Methods: Divide60Male Wistar rats randomly into6groups, ten rats for each group, i.e.,(1) blank control group,(2) model blank group,(3) Fufang Danshen Pian group,(4)high-dose Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder group,(5) medium-dose Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder group and (6) low-doseXianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder group. Inject0.1ml lauric a--cid solution into rats' arteria cruralis to prepare the modelof pathological mechanism change for thrombus blockage angii-tis. Use serum TXB₂enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kitand serum6-K-PGF1α enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay k-it to detect the content of TXB₂and6-K-PGF1α in rats' ser-um and observe their relationship with skin lesions. For obt-ained data, SPSS13.0software is used to implement statisticanalysis as well as calculate averages and standard deviation.T test and analysis of variance are used for measurement d-ata.Results:The content of serum TXB₂in each dose group of Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder decreases significantly. Among all g-roups, the low-dose group of Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder has the most obvious effect, which nearly reduces the content of ser-um TXB₂to normal level. The content of rats' serum6-k-PGF1α i--n each dose group of Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder increase-s obviously. Thereinto, the low-dose group of Xianfu Wenyangton gluo Powder has the most obvious effect, which nearly increases the content of rats' serum6-k-PGF1α to normal level. The said shows that Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder can have impact on the serum of models by adjusting the content of TXB₂and6-k-PGF1α.Conclusion: Xianfu Wenyangtongluo Powder can obviously improve the level of B₂thrombus of rats' serum in thrombus blockage angiitis model and reduce the level of6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α to prevent blood cells from gathering and microthrombus from forming, change microcirculation andtreat thrombus blockage angiitis better.
