| Objective:To explore the mechanism of lowering blood pressure of FuFangQiShaoJiangYaPian(FFQSJYP).Method:8 14-week-old normal Wistar-kyoto(WKY) rats were used as negatived control and 32 14-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were divided into 4 groups at random,measuring blood pressure(BP) from tail artery,observing heart and renes' shape,color,texture and the feature of pathological changes of the rats after treatment,coloring renal tissue slice by hematoxylin and eosin(HE),periodic acid-Schiff(PAS) and immunohistochemitry of osteopontin(OPN),measuring left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-prostaglandinF1α(6-keto-PGF1α),P-selectin expression in plasma and AngⅡof cardiac muscle of SHRs by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared with the model group,the higher dose group,the lower dose group of FFQSJYP and xin an ning group could descend the BP(p＜0.01),FFQSJYP and xin an ning Tablet could improve the pathological alteration of renal tissues of SHR,deaden the excessive expression of OPN in the tissues,descend LVMI(p＜0.05),AngⅡ(p＜0.05),TXB2(p＜0.01),P-selection(p＜0.05) and ascend 6-keto-PGF1α(p＜0.01) expression in plasma and descend AngⅡ(p＜0.05) of cardiac muscle of SHRs.Conclusion:FFQSJYP might effectively descend the BP,reverse the left ventricle hypertrophy(LVH),protect the endotheliocyte of the blood vessel and improve the state of the high blood congeals of SHRs. |
