Purpose: Verify the three-step safety and effectiveness of eight methods of treatment ofcervical vertebral artery disease, the more standardized practices in the clinical application ofmodern medicine, organic combination of the results on the mechanism of the disease andtreatment experience of traditional medicine practices, so that evaluating the therapeuticefficacy tendin semi-quantitative, in order to facilitate mutual exchanges, and practicesin-depth clinical study of standardization of treatment of vertebral artery type of cervicalspondylosis.Method: Will the60patients were randomly divided into two groups of Met inclusioncriteria, the treatment group30cases, given the "three-step eight methods of treatment, once aday, eight times as a course, the rest two days in the course of treatment, after three courses ofreview. The control group of30cases, giving the "finger acupuncture treatment once a day,eight times as a course of treatment between the rest two days after the review of threecourses. By observing the clinical symptoms, signs, objective indicators of change, statisticalanalysis of clinical efficacy.Result: Treatment group30cases,17cases were cured, markedly effective in7cases,4cases,3cases, total effective rate was93.33%; control group of30cases,14cases cured, sixcases markedly effective in6cases,4cases, the totaleffective rate of86.67%. This article isalso on the mechanism of the cervical vertebral artery disease in-depth analysis detected bytranscranial color Doppler (TCD) before and after treatment vertebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery was significantly improved (p <0.05) and statistically significant. The overallefficacy of the treatment group than the control group, indicating that the treatment group thanthe control group to better improve the clinical symptoms.Conclusion:(1) the three steps of the eight law and finger acupuncture to improve thecervical vertebral artery disease clinical symptoms, signs and objective indicators have abetter therapeutic effect.(2) treatment group, the overall efficacy and associated symptomsmore effective than the control group, the more safe and effective clinical application.
