Objectie By observing the clinical effect of Yijinjingtuotian combined with three-step five-method tuina on nerve root-type cervical spondylosis,the effect of three-step five-method tuina was compared.Differences in curative effect,Biomechanical changes of the cervical spine of patients with cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type were analyzed using a three-dimensional finite element model in combination with three-step and five-step tuina The curative effect of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy provides theoretical basis.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine,with reference to the Chinese Traditional Medicine Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China-TCM Disease Diagnostic Efficacy Standards(ZY / T001.1-94),60 patients from the Second tuina Department of Kangguo Medical Church,Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were collected.The diagnostic criteria of root-type cervical spondylosis are randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group,the treatment group consists of Yijinjingtuo exercises combined with three-step and five-way tuina,and three-step and five-way tuina 2 Once a day,3 times a week,and a course of 2 weeks,a total of 12 times for 4 consecutive weeks,Yijin Sutra support 30 days a day,6 times a week for 12 weeks.In the control group,three-step five-way tuina was performed,and three-step five-way tuina was performed once every 2 days,3 times a week,and a course of 2 weeks,12 times for 4 consecutive weeks.The treatment group and control group were tested once before the experiment.The cervical spine NDI score,VAS pain score,CT images,and the establishment of a three-dimensional finite element model of the cervical spine were used.After 4 weeks,the cervical spine NDI score and VAS pain score were compared.Differences in the efficacy of the control group,After 12 weeks,NDI score,VAS pain score,three-dimensional finite element model of cervical spine were established,and the clinical effect of Yijinjingtuo on patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis was further observed,and Yijinjingtuo was evaluated.Changes of Cervical Spine Biomechanics in Patients with Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy by Manipulation Combined with Three Steps and Five Methods of tuina.Results 1.The VAS pain scores of the control group and the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment: processed by the statistical software spss17.0.(1)Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group(P> 0.05),(2)After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group(P <0.05).It was clearly found that the combination of Yijinjingtuotian combined with the three-step five-method tuina was significantly lower than the three-step five-method tuina and the pain relief was more obvious.2.The control group and the treatment group were scored by the NDI scale after 4 weeks of treatment:(1)There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),(2)There was a statistical difference between the two groups after treatment.(P <0.05).It was found that the combination of Yijinjingzhuantian combined with three-step five-method tuina treatment significantly reduced the cervical spine dysfunction score index and significantly improved the quality of life of patients.3.After 12 weeks of tendon training,the whole cervical spine CT scan was performed again to obtain a DICOM format full cervical spine image.The subject's CT data was imported into the medical software mimics 16.0 for processing.After mimics 16.0,Geomagic Studio 2013,and finite element analysis software ANSYS 12.1 and other finite element software were used to obtain the C1-C7 models of the whole cervical spine.conclusion The three-dimensional finite element model contains 7 vertebral bodies,6 intervertebral discs,facet joints,and the main ligaments of the cervical spine.The anatomy of the cervical vertebrae,vertebral arteries,intervertebral discs,ligaments,and articular cartilage can be presented completely and clearly.Then,The three-dimensional finite element model of the cervical spine before and after treatment was analyzed and compared,and the internal stress and deformation of the cervical spine were obtained.Conclusion: Studies have shown that three-step,five-finger tuina can relieve the pain of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and easy-to-be-trained training also has a good relief effect on the pain of patients with cervical radiculopathy and helps to recover patients Physiological curvature of the cervical spine can improve the patient's neck function,combining the Yijin Jingtuo style with three-step five-step tuina,and the VAS pain score and the cervical dysfunction index(NDI)scale score show that the Yijin Jingtuo style Combining three steps and five methods of tuina for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can effectively relieve pain,the three-dimensional finite element analysis of the cervical spine is used to evaluate the mechanical changes of the cervical spine before and after treatment by simulating the patient's flexion,extension,lateral flexion and rotation.The patient's cervical spine stress produced significant changes before and after treatment.
