Township Government's Public Health Services Research

The validity of public service is dependent on satisfaction degree of public demands.However, the government in providing public service in the process are often ignored public demand. Within the whole public health serbice system,the health service becomes more and more incompatible to people's ever growing health requirements. With the continuous development of social economy, in order to public service as the main functions of government's public health service, raise the level of the local economic and social development is of far-reaching significance. As to directly face the farmer's government, township should take on its both macroscoplical and microcosmic function to expedite rationally allocating of resources and the efficiency of resources using. During the process of offering public service the government must follow the principle of "service" as the "service" is the basic responsibility and function of the government. But, the reality and the ideal state is very different, this is mainly caused by the township government responsibility fuzzy, pressure-type administrative system and the lack of supervision and management.In order to understand the villager's health demands, explore the existing problems and influencing factors, this study provides the reasonable basis of improving the township public health service syste, taking Jinlong Miao Yi Buyizu township Zhijin County Guizhou province as an example.The thesis mainly carries through the theoretical analysis to research on the government function in township public health combining the demonstration analysis.The information of the thesis comes from the literatures and articles of some experts and my own investigations that on the case of township Village questionnaire survey and supply demand situation.In the preface of the thesis reviewed the related literature, and analysis the definition of the public health service. This paper consists of four parts. The first part was about theoretical that the theory of new public service, equalization and the demand and supply;The second part was about demand and supply investigation and analysis of government of villages and towns public health service; The third part was about township public health service problems and analysis.The last part was about improve the township government's public health service path.
