| Objecte:To observe and analyze the variation and therapeutic effect for visual electrophysiology about diabetic retinopathy(DR)'s types of syndrome on traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Ninty patients of classic diabetic retinopathy(DR) had been selected on the basis of partial signs and constitutional symptom were distinguished 3 types of synsyndrome. The ninty patients were cured for 6 weeks by the empirical formula of Hu Wang Ming Mu Tang proved good and exact effect. The visual electrophysiology were detected for the ninty patients before treatment and after therapy, and the values were recorded. Then the values of pretherapy and post-treatment were analyzed by statistics.Results:All the amplitude of wave went up in different degree and the time course of wave were shortened obviouslyConclusion:Curing diabetic retinopathy (DR) had certain effect by Hu Wang Ming Mu Tang, and the abnormal visual electrophysiology could be improved by Hu Wang Ming Mu Tang. Furthermore, it proved that visual electrophysiology could find and provide a more objective reference index and according for zheng differentiation-classification and curative effect determimination of diabetic retinopathy (DR) on Chinese medical science. |
