| OBJECTIVE:Nuclear factor-κB have regulate immunity, inflammation, cell proliferation and differentiation of function. Some study confirmed that NF-κB signaling pathway has a close relationship in tumorigenesis, development, and transfer. This study was to investigation expression of NF-kappaB P65, p-IκBα, p-IKKβ in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in order to investigate the relationship between NF-κB P65, p-IκBα,p-IKKβ and the clinical pathologic featurre of patient with NSCLC.METHODS:The immunohistochemical stain method (Elivision)was used to detecte the expressions of NF-κB P65,p-IκBα (phosphorylated IκBα),p-IKKβ (phosphorylated IKKβ) in NSCLC (n=56) with20normal lung tissues being as the controls.compare NSCLC with normal lung tissue NF-κB P65, p-IκB, p-KKβ expression situation, analyze the relationship between NF-κBP65, IBα,IKKβ expressions in NSCLC and pathological characteristics factors.RESULTS:The positive rate of NF-κB P65,p-IκBα,p-IKKβ expression were83.9%(47/56,55.7%(31/56).69.6%(39/56) in NSCLC tissues and20%(4/20),25%(5/20),30%(6/20) in benign tumor tissue. The expression level of NF-κB P65, p-IKKβ was related to tumor stages, cell differentiation, lymphnode involvement and smoking of patients (P<0.05), but not related to age, gender and pathological types (P>0.05). NF-κB P65, pIκBα, p-IKKβ have mutual correlation.CONCLUSION:Higher expression levels of NF-κB P65, p-IκBα,p-IKKβ were closely associated with tumor stages, cell differentiation, lymphnode involvement and smoking of patients,so NF-κB P65,p-IκBα,p-IKKβ Play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progress of NSCLC. |
