Objective:To investigate the CT features of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (HFRS)with chest complications and to study the significant CT features and its clinical diagnostic application.Materials and Methods To analyze sixty patients who were confirmed by clinical HFRS-IgM Positive definite diagnosis practice.among them 5 cases in light type,20 cases in medium type,28 cases in heavier type,7 cases in heaviest type. These sixty patients all have the CT examination. There are 41 cases patients who with pleural effusion. We also identified 40 Patients, diagosed with pleural effusion, and these were used as a control group. Results:Pleural effusion in 41(68%)cases, lung pneumonia in 22(36%) cases, pulmonary edema in 12(20%)cases, pericardiac effusion in 17(28%)cases.In them, pleural effusion with partial atelectasis 31(51%) cases, lung pneumonia and pleural effusion in 17(29%)cases, pleural effusion with pericardiac effusion 5 (8%)cases,pericardiac effusion with pulmonary edema 8 (13%)cases, the normal in 8 (13%)cases.Conclusion There is a high probability of occurrence in Epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. The CT examination of chest have a very good treatment and clinical significance.Pleural effusion and pleural effusion with partial atelectasis occur the most offen.Earlier CT examination of chest can show the early chest complications change of the HFRS patients.
