Hyperthyroid Patients, The Tg-ab, Tpoab And Related Mood Disorders Research

Objective:To explore the correlations between the level of TG-Ab,TPOAb and depression,anxiety,life events。Methods:With Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Life Event Scale(LES),80 patients with hyperthyroidism were completed.According to the ruselts,80patients were divided into depression groupe,non-depression group and anxiety group,non-anxiety group.ECLIA was used to test TG-Ab,TPOAb concentration. SPSS 11.5 was used to analyzed the data. The significant size of test of this study was validated as value of 0.05.Results:There were 35 in depression groupe and 45 in non-depression group,; and 34 in anxiety group and 46 in non-anxiety group.(1) Between the depression and non-depression,hyperthyroid patients had significantly highter TG-Ab and TPOAb (P<0.01,P<0.05).The TG-Ab concentration in depression group (772.06±1101.10Iu/ml) was higher than in non-depression group(286.09±428.55 Iu/ml).The TPOAb concentration in depression group (257.64±225.52 Iu/ml) was higher than in non-depression group (155.32±208.62 Iu/ml).Between the anxiety and non-anxiety,hyperthyroid patients had significantly higher TG-Ab (P< 0.05) and unchanged TPOAb. The TG-Ab concentration in anxiety group (747.01±1127.97Iu/ml)was higher than in non-anxiety group (325.74±462.38 Iu/ml). The TPOAb concentration was unchanged significantly between the anxiety group (268.52±230.76Iu/ml) and non-anxiety group(151.72±201.92Iu/ml).(2) In a Pearson correlation model, the stimulation of life events was significantly positive correlated with the depression groupe (r=0.394 P<0.01) and the anxiety groupe(r=0.405 P<0.01).Conclusions:(1)The concentration of TG-Ab is related with depression and anxiety. The concentration of TPOAb is related with depression but not with anxiety. (2) The depression disorder and anxiety disorder are closely related with life events.(3) The concentration of TG-Ab and TPOAb are not related with the stimulation of life events.
