The organization structure redesign of the JC disease control centre was explored and studied in this thesis, with the basis of related theory of organize behavior to learn and human resources management and the method of combing cultural heritage search, data to survey, questionnaire and personnel interview together was adopted.With the continuously promoting and deepening of our health system reforms , all levels of disease control centre as public medical and health organizes undertaking the policy and task of "prevention for lord" was going to face rigorous situation, then supervision should be strengthen in time, mechanism should be adjusted and organization establishment should be optimized. Traditional organization structure and supervision method have already become the main resistance in the reform deepening. As a grass-roots disease controls health organization, the setting of new functional departments as preventive medicine out-patient department, sexually transmitted disease prevention clinic and methadone clinic should be considered for the JC disease controls centre, and the adjusting and combining of the traditional functional department as disinfection and healthy education should be considered to adapt the new positioning of social functioned for the disease controls centre. It was lucky enough for me to take part in the item headed by my tutor. The present situation of the organization and human resources management of the JC disease control centre was acquainted based on through investigation and a great deal of questionnaire, personnel's interview, data collections and analysis continuing for almost two months, and then the present management structure and the design was analyzeded and diagnosed. The workflow was combed according to the theory about the flow process's design and giving a new life,and then the management structure was redesigned for the JC disease control centre, and responsibility of departments and manual of post was drawn up. Finally, the proposed projects of the position manages system and the intermediate Jing hires and grass-roots double of to select were established and thus can provide suggestion and scheme for human resource reform of the JC disease controls centre. The present fractions of the majority of the local disease control centers and public hygiene system are still traditional, and thus are incapable to meeting the new social service demanding. As the related search of this aspect were not respected enough by the expert scholar, there were not fruited research results and cultural heritage for reference,the research for theory of business unit organization structure design was not concerned enough and rather less than that for the business. Therefore, this thesis is based on the topic, with the theory, combined with the nature of institutions and to analyze the operational characteristics of proposed measures for improvement, with a certain significance.
