Index Variation Of Clinical Indicators In Patients With Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) And Its Association With 15 STR Loci

Objective: To assess the variation of main clinical indicators of Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH)as well as changes in the genome of microsatellite DNA associated with Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH).Methods: Cerebral hemorrhage group is the cerebral hemorrhage inpatients, 51 cases, male 28 patients, female in 23 cases, average age 62.57 years old. Biochemical controls the healthy check-up is the randomly selected, with an average age of 40 patients 60.53, altogether. STR control group is 100 healthy indiiduals without cerebral hemorrhage, age, gender, race and cerebral hemorrhage group matched. Venous blood was collected for the detection of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) ,Alanine aminotransferase (ALT),Aspertate aminotransferase (AST),to estimate the liver function,for the detection of t cholesterol(CHO), high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein (LDL) and glucose (GLU),for the detection of creatinine (CREA) for evaluating the renal function, plus a super-sensitive CRP (h-CRP).All the above detections were carried out with the Hitachi 7600 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The measure of WBC, Neu #, LY #, RBC, HGB, PLT was performed by the sysmex XE2000 automated analyzer. And STR locis were carried with a polymerase chain reaction-restriction assay and the five-color fluorescence automatic detection technique,includingD8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, D12S391, D18S51, D6S1043, FGA.Results: The level of liver function items TP (g/L), ALB (g/L) on average in the Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH)group were respectively 71.51and43.87,while in the control group they were respectively72.83and47.52. There was a significant difference in theALB (P<0.05)and not in TP. There was not a significant difference in theCREA(P>0.05).The average values of blood componentsWBC, Neu# and LY# in the Hepatocellular carcinoma (ICH) group were respectively 11.19,9.01and1.50. while in the control group such average values were5.93,3.39and2.0. There was a significant difference in these three items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in RBC,HGB and PLT. Comparing the HCC group with the control group ,the level on average of blood glucose(GLU, mmol / L) and lipids: The average values of blood components of GLU,CHO and HDL in the Hepatocellular carcinoma (ICH) group were respectively 9.10,4.66 and 1.28 while in the control group such average values were 4.75,3.92 and 1.54. There was a significant difference in these three items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in LDL. In the ultra-sensitive CRP (h-CRP) test,the result of h-CRP had a significant difference (P<0.05). The loci frequencies of STR D8S1179-10 , D18S51-12 , FGA-20.2 , D6S1043-12 in the Intracerebral Hemorrhage group were respectively 0.029,0.078,0.029 and 0.059,and the same frequencies in the control group were respectively 0.105,0.025,0.000 and 0.145, there was significant difference in these four locis (P<0.05) while there was no significant difference in the other locis. There are 6 STR locis associated with the WBC ,9 STR locsi associated with the RBC,22 STR locis associated with the LY#,2STR locis associated with the NEU#,14 STR locsi iassociated with the PLT,6 STR locis associated with the Hb,27 STR locis associated with the ALB,3STR locis associated with the TP,27 STR locis associated with the CREA,26STR locis associated with the CHO,4 STR locis associated with the GLU,31 STR locsi associated with the HDL,1 STR locis associated with the LDL,7 STR locis associated with the ALT,9 STR locis associated with the AST and there are not STR locis associated with the hsCRP.Conclusion: Changes in liver function, renal function, regular blood lipids occur to different degrees in the Intracerebral Hemorrhag(eICH)patients. The loci frequencies of STRs D18S51-12,FGA-20.2are higher than those in the control group, so there may be ICH susceptibility genes nearby. The loci frequencies of STRs D8S1179-10 ,D6S1043-12 are lower than those in the control group, so there may be ICH suppressor gene nearby. There are variation of main clinical indicators of Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH)associated with STR locis,which suggest that ICH and the variation of main clinical indicators of ICH are associated with heredity.
