Objective:This study is to evaluation of different combinations of gold-plated, polishing, sandblasting of the metal base stations with opaqueing binder, super white binder, transparent binder effect on the color of Zirconia all-ceramic crowns. Analysis of different metal base stations and cement on the zirconia color of all-ceramic crowns.Methods: 30 of the same model the implant abutments were divided into three groups;the bonding were gilt, polished, sand blasted respectively; use of CAD / CAM system designed Production 10 zirconia basal crown, made the vneering porcelain by hand. The same group zirconia all-ceramic crowns was bonded in turn with opaqueing binder, super white binder, transparent binder, composed of 9, experimental groups, control group were not wearing zirconia abutment crowns. Experimental group and control group all-ceramic crowns color parameters were measured with Shade Eye color measurement instrument, to get the color coordinates (CIEL*a*b*) of these samples. calculated the chromatic aberrationΔE* of experimental group and control group lightness differenceΔL*, red-green chromaticity differenceΔa* , yellow-blue chromaticity differenceΔb*,The data ofΔE*,ΔL*,Δa*,Δb*, the results were analyzed by using the univariate analysis of variance .Results: In the different combinations of base stations and binder,the mminimum chromatis was the group of gold-plated- opaque, average chromatism was 1.29±0.23, the largest chromatis was the group of blasting– transparency,average chromatism was 3.48±0.27.the chromatism were analysed by multivariate analysis of variance, statistically significant between the three base stations(P<0.05), the mminimum chromatis is the group of opaque binder, the largest chromatis is the group of transparent binder(P<0.05),To comparison the chromatis of the same base stationt of different binder,chromatism increase by opaque, ultra-white, transparent order; comparison the chromatis of the same binder of different base stationt,chromatism increase by gold-plated,polishing,sandblasting order.The value all of the brightness,red-green chromaticity and yellow-blue chromaticity show a downward trend,the yellow-blue chromaticity down smallerof the group of gold-plated- opaque were no statistically significant(P>0.05), the brightness,red-green chromaticity down larger were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the different combinations of base stations and binder,the mminimum chromatis is the group of gold-plated- opaque, belonging to the ordinary people can not distinguish the range of visual basic, clinical use can be considered. Gold abutment were the Minimal effect on color of Zirconia all-ceramic crowns in the three abutment; opaque binder were the minimal effect on color of Zirconia all-ceramic crowns in the three binder; Three base stations and binder color effect is not ideal,still need for further screening or improved. Smaller chromatic aberration changes in the experimental group mainly due to falling color values of the L*a*, so,to improve the color should first improve the base stations and the property of the brightness and red-green chromaticity of base stations and binder .
