| With the rapid development of economy in 21st century, people's living standards have also improved dramatically. However, since the increase of greasy and high-calorie food consumed each day and knowledge of keeping healthy are developed far from equal, more and more people are suffering from energy metabolism diseases such as hyperglycemic or diabetes, overweight or obese, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. They are all hidden killers of human lives. As we all threatened by obesity and diabetes, the research on their pathogenesis and effective prevention measures is in urgent need.Researches show that, among large quantities of commensal microbes with human, gut microbes have the greatest effect on host's metabolism of sugar and fat. Buckwheat, being effective in preventing diabetes, lipid-lowering, anti-oxidation, eliminating free radicals and inhibiting tumor, has long been considered the prime choice for diabetic patients. In this paper, we studied therapeutic effect of tartary buckwheat vinegar on diabetic mice which were injected STZ at enterocoelia, and the influence on their intestinal flora structures by molecular ecology methods. Meanwhile, we measured the fasting plasma glucose level of the mice using blood glucose test strip. The results show tartary buckwheat vinegar can lower blood sugar and improve the intestinal flora structure of diabetic mice. The high blood glucose casued by diabetes is related to the change of the intestinal flora structure. After buckwheat vinegar and positive drugs were fed, the fact that blood glucose levels is down is related to the improvement of the intestinal flora structure. In the electropherograms, the band with regular change before the treatment and after the treatment was sequenced. The results indicate that sharp increase of the number of Bacteroides would promote the increase of the blood sugar level. And it is directly related to the occurrence and development of diabetes. Cr(â…¢) is one of the essential trace elements to maintain glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the body. As the active ingredient of the GTF, chromium can enhance the combination of insulin and the receptor, increasing the number of insulin receptor, and raising insulin receptor phosphorylation level. Lack of the trace element will results in metabolic disturbance of carbohydrate, fat, and caused hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, diabetes and other diseases. In the second part of this paper, we studied the treatment of the two salicylic acid chromium(â…¢) complexes on mice by molecular ecology methods, which was induced obesity by fed high fat diet. In addition, the influences of the food, chromium complexes, and gender on the structure of intestinal flora were studied. The results show that salicylic acid chromium(â…¢) complexes can improve the intestinal flora structure and physiobiochemic indexes of obese mice. The impact of food to the structure of intestinal flora is more pronounced than salicylic acid Chromium(â…¢) complexes and gender. Research in caecum content has shown that the influence of food on the structure of intestinal flora is greatly bigger than drug and gender. It is concordant with the result the fecal samples. High fat diet impacts slightly the flora structure of bacteroides, bifidobacterium, but it does not impact lactobacillus. Drug has not interference on the flora structure of bacteroides, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus. |
