Objective:To investigate the ERCC1 and nm23-Hl expression in colorectal cancer and the relationship between clinical pathology. Methods:Immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 40 cases of normal colorectal mucosa to detect protein levels, and to observe their relationship with clinicopathological features.Results:ERCC1 expression in colorectal cancer tissue than normal colorectal mucosa (P=0.0001); nm23-Hl expression in colorectal cancer tissue than normal colorectal mucosa (P<0.0001); ERCC1 and nm23-H1 in the same large intestine cancer was higher than the same normal mucosa (P=0.0001); ERCC1, nm23-H1 expression in colorectal cancer is not displayed the histological sexual, age, type, stage and lymph node metastasis were correlated.Conclusions:ERCC1, nm23-H1 expression in colorectal cancer was significantly higher, suggesting its high expression and the occurrence of cancer.
