Early Interention Nutrition Infant Allergic Disease Research

Have breastfed babies divided into two groups, A group breastfeeding 103 cases, mother normal diet, Bgroup of 85cases breastfeeding mothers avoid eating (mother avoid always have an allergy food), both groups to breast-feeding 6 months,other cannot breastfed babies were randomly divided into 4 groups,C group 75cases by adding lactobacillus ,D group of65 cases of protein hydrolysate formula-fed (a fixed brand), E group of 59cases of soybean formula-fed (a fixed brand), F group of 99 cases of ordinary formula fed (milk powder source fields), time all is 6 months. Results Breastfeeding normal diet group, breastfeeding avoid diet group, lactobacillus group, hydrolyzed protein formula milk group eczema, allergic rhinitis and diarrhea, ordinary formula milk group than, clinical morbidity, and allergic apparent shrinkage rate and IgE antibody IgG that antibody levels are low , but soybean formula milk group and ordinary formula milk allergy incidence group compared clinical, rate of positive of antibody IgG, IgE antibody level no obvious difference, breastfeeding avoid diet group and breastfeeding normal diet group clinical morbidity, rate of positive of antibody of allergic IgG, IgE antibody level also no obvious difference. Conclusion Breastfeeding, hydrolyzed protein formula milk, probiotics can significantly improve eczema, allergic rhinitis incidence, diarrhoea and do not advocate breastfeeding mothers avoid eating, soybean formula powder without significantly reduce allergic disease.
