Objective:To investigate the early preventive effect and necessity of early screening on infants with allergy risk and different feeding intervention after born on early allergic diseases. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 279 cases of normal pregnancy who give a birth in our hospital from February 2013 to October. The infants were divided into feed intervention group(144 cases) and non-intervention group(135 cases),every group were divided into high risk group and low risk group by early allergy risk index test with infants.Feeding infants with Hypoallergenic milk powder on feed intervention group and Common milk formula on non-intervention group, follow up with strict requirements for four months. Morbidity of allergic diseases were compared among those groups during Nutrition Management. Results:Comparison of the manifestations in four group during Nutrition Management. In feed intervention group and non-intervention group, the rate of normal clinical manifestation was significantly lower in low risk group, the incidence of eczema was significantly higher in high risk group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in abdominal distention, abdominal pain/cry of no reason, diarrhea, constipation, hemafecia and other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05). In high risk group and low risk group, the rate of normal clinical manifestation in feed intervention group was significantly higher than those in non-intervention group, the incidence of eczema was significantly lower in non-intervention group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in abdominal distention, abdominal pain/cry of no reason, diarrhea, constipation, hemafecia and other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Early screening on infants with allergy risk and early feeding intervention after born can effectively reduce the morbidity of allergic diseases, and promote infants outcomes.
