Professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy are important factors which affect speciality study psychology and speciality ability development, should be paid great attention. Whether junior college nursing students like own major is a topic problem.For all this,research about junior college nursing students'professional identity,learning adaptability and self-efficacy are few in oue country.Therefore,finding development character of professional identity,learning adaptability and self-efficacy,analyzing relationship between junior college nursing students'professional identity and learning adaptability, self-efficacy development.They have the important value.Objective:1. To describe the status quo of junior college nursing students'professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy;2.To know the changing trend of junior college nursing students'professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy among different training levels, different gender, different grades and to compare their professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy;3.To describe origin, enrollment methods, reasons for majoring in nursing specialty,students'school achievement, whether being students'cadre, family income etc influencing factors associated with junior college nursing students'professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy;4.To describe the relationship among professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy of junior college nursing students.Subjects and Methods:Subjects: The freshman, sophomore, junior and senior of junior college nursing students'with full-time education in changchun medical college was involved in this study.Methods: The study utilized questionnaire for professional identity, learning adaptability scale for college students, General Self-Efficacy Scale, with a total of 2201 respondents who are nursing students.Results:1. The mean score of junior college nursing students'professional identity 89.94士10.30;the mean score of learning adaptability is 100.01士15.97; the mean score of self-efficacy is 24.63士4.75。2.Different training levels of junior college nursing students'professional identity is different, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001); different training levels of junior college nursing students'learning adaptability and self-efficacy are different, but it isn't statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Different grade of junior college nursing students'professional identity and self-efficacy(junior college student) are different, but it isn't statistically significan(tP>0.05), learning adaptability is different, and it is statistically significan(tP<0.05); different grade of junior college nursing students'professional identity and self-efficacy(higher vocational students) are different, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001), learning adaptability is different, but it isn't statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The professional identity of boys is higher than girls, the learning adaptability of boys is lower than girls, the self-efficacy of boys is higher than girls, but it isn't statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Different origin and enrollment methods of junior college nursing students'professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy are different, but it isn't statistically significant(P>0.05);different reasons for majoring in nursing specialty and whether being students'cadre of junior college nursing students'professional identity, learning adaptability and self-efficacy are different, and it is statistically significan(tP<0.01);different students'school achievement of junior college nursing students'learning adaptability is different, and it is statistically significant(P>0.05);Different students'school achievement of junior college nursing students'learning adaptability and self-efficacy are different, but it isn't statistically significant(P<0.01);different family income of junior college nursing students'professional identity and learning adaptability are different, but it isn't statistically significant(P>0.05);different family income of junior college nursing students'self-efficacy is different, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001); 6.Significant correlation was demonstrated between professional identity and learning adaptability, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001);significant correlation was demonstrated between professional identity and self-efficacy, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001);significant correlation was demonstrated between learning adaptability and self-efficacy, and it is statistically significant(P<0.001).7 .learning adaptability of junior college nursing students positively predicted professional identity and self-efficacy.Conclusions:1. The level of junior college nursing students'professional identity belongs to ordinary, the level of learning adaptability is higher and the level of self-efficacy is higher.2. Different training levels and grade of junior college nursing students'professional identity is different, different grade of junior college nursing students'learning adaptability is different,different grade and gender of junior college nursing students'self-efficacy is different.3. Reasons for majoring in nursing specialty and whether being students'cadre etc influence junior college nursing students'professional identity; reasons for majoring in nursing specialty, students'school achievement, whether being students'cadre etc influence junior college nursing students'learning adaptability; reasons for majoring in nursing specialty, whether being students'cadre and family income etc influence junior college nursing students'self-efficacy.4. Significant correlation was demonstrated between professional identities and learning adaptability; significant correlation was demonstrated between professional identity and self-efficacy; significant correlation was demonstrated between learning adaptability and self-efficacy.5. Professional identity and self-efficacy of junior college nursing students positively predicted learning adaptability.
