Investigation On The The Infection Wards Nurses' Anxiety State And Study Of The Countermeasure

ObjectiveThrough investigate the infection wards nurses'psychological change before the great disease,to learn about the infection wards nurses'psychological status and requirement as well as correlate factor to effect their psychological status,and aims at decrease the infection wards nurses'psychological stress level;to explore the method can improve the infection wards nurses'psychological stress status,decrease the anxiety level,and keep the physical and mental health, and provide scientific proof for nursing supervision and education.MethodCombine the cluster sampling and field investigation, choose the infection wards nurses from the First Class of the Third Grade Hospitals in taian,jining,zaozhuang when influenza A(H1N1)spread from may,2009 to march,2010 as the study object,to collect the data about anxiety state and correlation factor,coping style,and the social support level.To carry out comprehensive social support for the infection wards nurses'anxiety state and correlation factor, and raise the infection wards nurses'social support degree overall. The general wards nurses with the same basic conditions were selected as the control group. Compare the infection wards nurses'anxiety state at the beginning change with the intervention was adopt,and estimate the intervention effect.Result1. The general state of the infection wards nurses'health before the intervention was adopt:①self-rating anxiety score: 59.79% infection wards nurses are in anxiety state(>50 point), among the total 37.11% are low anxiety(50-59 point), 18.56% are midrange anxiety(60-69point), 4.12% are severe anxiety(>69 point),Obviously higer than the general wards nurses'anxiety level .The age(r = -0.242),culture degree(r = -0.227),working lifetime (r = -0.398),marriage state(r = 0.426),breeding state (r = 0.417), social support degree(r = 0.409)are correlate with the anxiety leve(lP<0.05). The gender(r = -0.032),the only child weather or no(tr =0.039),economy income (r =0.036) have no correlation with the anxiety level(P>0.05).②correlation factor of anxiety:To investigation the correlation factor of anxiety of the infection wards nurses,the anterior five factors are : fear of being infected by disease;fear of the family member being infected by disease;misunderstand by society and patients;environment obliteration,lack communication with outside;physical and chemical stimulus.2. the infection wards nurses'ssocial support state: 21.65% infection wards nurses consider that personal social support degree are lower(<33 point), 49.48% of them consider that personal social support degree are moderate(33-45 point),only 28.87% of them consider that personal social support degree are higer(>45 point);By statistical analysis,infection wards nurses'self-rating anxiety score and social support are negative correlation,the higer social support degree,the lower anxiety level.3.The coping style of the infection wards nurses: the infection wards nurses apply multi-style coping the distress, among the total,"solve the problem"(r = -0.458),"ask for help"(r =-0.295),"rationalization"(r = -0.733)have negative correlation with self-rating anxiety score ( P < 0.05 ) ,"to keep out of the way","self-blame"and"fantasy"have no correlation with self-rating anxiety score(P>0.05).4. Adopt intervention measure target at the infection wards nurses'anxiety state to carry out control experiment :the mean 95% confidence interval is decreased from 1.875 to 1.108. The experimental group self-rating anxiety score before intervention was carryout and after cognitive behavior education have statistical significance,compaired with the control group, also have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusionthe infection wards nurses'mental health problem is not optimistic.The social support level of the nursing is lower widespread. The infection wards nurses'social support level is lower than general ward nurses'social support level.Through adopt administration intervention measure , elevate comprehensive social support level,and carry out cognitive behavior education,can raise the capability of the infection wards nurses to cope explode public health event,and decrease the infection wards nurses'anxiety level,thereby maintain the physical and mental health.
