The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By EA Tianzhu,Dazhu Acupoint

Objective:Acupuncture TianZhu,Dazhu acupoints for treatment of cervical vertigo Clinical observations, understanding of acupuncture the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo and neck to improve blood flow efficacy and speed of the impact of cervical vertigo. Verify acupuncture Tianzhu,Dazhu acupoints in the treatment of cervical vertigo scientific and practical aspects.Methods:60 cases of CV were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. All patients basic acupoints acupuncture Baihui, Sishencong, Fengchi which treatment group plus barbed Tianzhu, Dazhu points with electrical stimulation, control group plus 4-6 cervical spines with electrical stimulation Jiaji.Both groups were treated 1 day,6 days for a course of treatment,1 day of rest between each course of treatment, After two courses of continuous treatment before and after treatment in an efficient two groups of patients, clinical symptoms improved by Doppler (TCD) detection index and the"Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Function Evaluation Scale (ESCV)"questionnaires for treatment; whereas curative effect evaluation was done based on"The Standard of TCM Diseases and Symptoms Therapeutic Effect"(published in June,1994 by the "State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of PeoPle's Republic of China". The data of TCD tests includes the "Mean Velocity" (Vm) in the Vertebral Artery (VA) and the Basilar Artery (BA).The ESCV includes 3 aspects:Vertigo, Shoulder pain and Cervicodynia.Result:1. There efficiency:After two courses of treatment, acupuncture treatment group, cured 7 cases,markedly 12 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 2 Cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%,Application of the control group, cured 4 cases, markedly 7 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 6 cases, total effective rate was 80%. The therapeutic group is better than the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05).2. TCD target detection:the treatment and control groups were conducted before and after treatment with transcranial Doppler (TCD) detection. After two courses of treatment, the treatment group and control group in the TCD results in patients with varying degree of improvement In the vertebral artery, basilar artery average peak blood flow velocity was significantly improved in effect,was less than 0.01, but the improvement of the treatment group than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).3. In the survey:After two courses of treatment, the treatment group and control group in the comparison group survey aspects of the clinical symptom score improved in varying degrees. Treated group compared with the control group, in each symptom score on, P<0.01, significant difference, indicating that the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo points better than the control group.Conclusion:Treatment group and control group can effectively treat vertigo, clinical symptoms improved, the two groups in improving vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow speed have a significant effect, but the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group. Acupuncture Tianzhu, Dazhu to mobilizationp PangGuang Jing, tread disease, and clear the blood meridian, to improve the neck blood circulation, improve blood supply to the brain,to the treatment of cervical vertigo and related clinical purposes.
